The award recognises and celebrates the achievements of an individual who has made their mark on the employee benefits industry.
In 2015, the accolade went to Ant Donaldson (pictured), global product expert, benefits at E.On.
Runners up included Adam Brooke, international benefits manager at Standard Chartered Bank (previously employee benefits and wellness manager at JP Morgan), Joanna Bean, head of reward, UK and Ireland at Samsung, Henk Verhoek, head of international reward at AB Sugar and British Sugar, and Gary Wilkins, global head of compensation and benefits at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
This year’s winner will be announced at the Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party. The event will take place at the Artillery Gardens at the HAC on Friday 3 June.
