Something for the weekend: Dog food manufacturer Webbox Naturals is on the prowl for some fresh four-legged talent to fill the tantalising role of dog food taste tester.
The successful canine-didate will receive a year’s worth of food, delivered in four installments. In return, they will be expected to create monthly videos or blogs, detailing how their new diet impacts their wellbeing, health, teeth, coat, and energy levels. The new employee will also be encouraged to cultivate a social media presence across various channels.
Although Webbox Naturals is only accepting applications from dogs based in the UK, all shapes, sizes and breeds will be considered. The process to apply includes providing a short bio and photograph, as well as information about the applicant’s current diet and exercise regime and a statement about their suitability for the role.
Applications for the role opened on 24 February 2020 and will close on 24 March. The successful candidate will be notified in April 2020.

Webbox Naturals has already received some strong bids, such as Isa, a 10 month-old Gordon Setter, whose application stated: “Us Gordon Setters are endangered, so I need to boost our profile. I’m super photogenic, everybody says they would rather keep my photo, so I must be.”
Here at Employee Benefits, we think that this job description does not sound too ruff at all, hope that the successful applicant has a pawsitive experience during their time at Webbox Naturals…
