The countdown to the highly anticipated Employee Benefits Awards 2021 continues, as the 19th annual event is set to take place in two weeks’ time and will be returning to an in-person ceremony following the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
The Employee Benefits Awards 2021 is considered to be the go-to annual event of the year for the those working in the rewards, benefits and HR industry, and offers attendees the chance to recognise and celebrate organisations, teams and individuals who are achieving innovation and excellence through their reward and benefits strategies.
The finalists for the 23 awards at this year’s ceremony were revealed earlier this year and all of the winners will be announced on Friday 12 November at a new venue especially for 2021: Old Billingsgate in London. This year’s categories include Best Pensions Communications, Best use of Benefits to Support Diversity, Inclusion and the Employee Experience, and Best Voluntary Benefits.
The Best Mental Health Strategy category recognises employers that have made a concerted effort to address employee stress and mental ill-health in the workplace. Employers shortlisted for this award include UK Ministry of Defence research facility AWE, creative, marketing and document service Adobe, investment bank and financial services Citi and employment agency La Fosse Associates.
Also nominated are restaurant chain Prezzo, insurance company Saga, customer care and debt collection business Teleperformance, and commercial property organisation Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
The Employee Benefits Awards 2021 acknowledges the most exciting and fresh HR reward and benefits strategies, supportive teams and outstanding individuals in the industry over the past year. The daytime event is set to include a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the opportunity for attendees to network with industry professionals face to face, as well as the enjoying the actual ceremony.
