The Dot Group appoints new global people director

Student living business The Dot Group has appointed Helene Williamson as its new global people director.

With her global and diverse experience in human resource management, organisational development, leading large-scale human resource initiatives and driving organisational success, Williamson will join the executive leadership team.

She will shape and execute human resource strategies and foster a cohesive and dynamic organisational culture, working with leaders to deliver exceptional employee experience and develop diverse global talent. With a focus on data-driven strategies, she will help embed practices to drive sustained growth.

Williamson joins from retail clothing brand AllSaints, where she served as the global people and culture director for almost six years. Prior to this, she was the head of talent at New Look, where she was responsible for all talent functions internationally, managing 20,000 employees.
