Engineering organisation Sheffield Forgemasters International has promoted Gemma Allchin to HR director.
In her new role, Allchin, who originally joined Sheffield Forgemasters International nine years ago, will focus on delivering a cohesive HR strategy for the organisation’s 680 staff; this will be designed to tie in with its five-year business plan.
During her time at the organisation, Allchin has worked as human resources officer, senior human resources officer and group human resources manager.
Prior to joining Sheffield Forgemasters International, Allchin worked as HR coordinator for credit management services firm Lowell Group.
