Salutem Care and Education launches financial wellbeing benefits

Salutem Care and Education has introduced further financial wellbeing benefits for its employees to support their wellbeing.

Its employees will now be able to access a workplace savings account with a 4.7% annual equivalent rate (AER), provided by financial benefits platform Wagestream.

The account does not require staff to deposit a fixed amount to benefit from the interest rate, and it is fully protected under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Employees can withdraw their savings at any time without incurring fees or penalties and save with confidence in the knowledge that their money is secure.

This initiative is part of the organisation’s ongoing efforts to enhance employee wellbeing, along with the previous introduction of Salutem Extras, an app that offers additional benefits and perks for staff.

Its commitment to staff welfare and its efforts in creating a people-first culture have also been recognised, with the employer being named in the top 50 2024 Inspiring Workplaces Awards as well as one of the UK’s top employers by the Top Employers Institute.
