Red Letter Days for Business partners with Classpeople to reward teachers

In January 2015, Classpeople partnered with incentive and reward experts Red Letter Days for Business to launch the initiative that sees a supply teacher or EYE employee awarded each month for showing dedication and commitment to their role. The monthly winner is congratulated with a bottle of fizz, certificate, and a £100 Red Letter Days voucher.

Tanith Harding, PR and marketing manager at Classpeople commented: “Our supply staff work so hard to ensure that during sickness and long-term absences our schools and settings can deliver seamless education. They are ready and waiting by the phone to be deployed to the places that need them and often travel long distances to help out our clients. We wanted to reward our staff for working so hard and the Red Letter Days for Business package seemed like the perfect way to do so.”

Martin Mills, EYE practitioner from Stroud, Gloucestershire, is Classpeople’s sixth Best in Education Award winner. Martin says: “I am very excited to have won this award having been nominated for a second time. Classpeople is a fantastic employer and I really enjoy working with them. I’m looking forward to using my Red Letter Days voucher to treat myself and a loved one.”
