Franchise hotel group OYO Hotels has appointed Juan Greuter as its senior HR business partner.
Greuter, who brings more than 17 years’ of experience in working HR, has a remit to drive OYO’s people strategy in line with the company’s stated values of respect, trust, resilience and action-orientation.
He joins OYO UK from Hotelbeds, the B2B wholesale platform for hotel accommodation, where he was a global HR business partner for the commercial team in London.
Prior to that Greuter spent more than six years at Unilever in various HR roles, from mobility to HR business partner, in locations including Singapore, China and UK. He joined Unilever from Singapore-based ad agency Wunderman, where he was regional HR manager.
Commenting on the announcement, Rishabh Gupta, head of OYO Hotels Europe UK, said: “Juan joins OYO at a time when we’ve set out a range of policies and programmes to ensure we continue to create a positive working environment for our people.”
Gupta added: “I’m delighted to welcome Juan on board to spearhead this as we enter the next stage of our business growth.”
