NFP acquires employee benefits consultancy Johnson Fleming

NFP increases presence in UK by acquiring Johnson Fleming

New York insurance broker and consultant NFP has announced the acquisition of employee benefits service Johnson Fleming Group Limited and Johnson Fleming Future Life Planning Limited (Johnson Fleming).

The acquisition of Johnson Fleming, which was announced 20 April 2020, increases the presence of NFP in the UK. Johnson Fleming is already an established provider of pension, employee benefits and group risk advice, in the UK.

Simon Fletcher, chief executive at Johnson Fleming, will report to Matt Pawley, senior vice president at NFP. Iain Chadwick, principal and consultancy director at Johnson Fleming and Tom Claridge customer services director, will continue to lead their areas as part of the transaction.
