Banking organisation Metro Bank has hired Carol Frost as its new chief people officer.
Frost has experience as a HR business leader, with a track record of delivering strategic business transformation programmes, and a passion for identifying and developing talent.
Previously, Frost has worked as human resources director at Centrica within the consumer division. She has also held senior roles at Sequa Petroleum and BG Group.
Frost will be in charge of ensuring diversity and inclusion across the bank, protecting mental health and maintaining colleague wellbeing.
