Arm and Bank of America Merrill Lynch shortlisted for Best work-life balance benefits

Technology organisation Arm, financial business Bank of America Merrill Lynch and the London Borough of Waltham Forest are among the organisations shortlisted in the Best benefits to support work-life balance category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2019.

This accolade recognises an employer that has implemented benefits, policies and initiatives to flexibly support employees’ work-life balance, accommodating demographics such as carers or parents, as well as acknowledging staff ambitions and personal goals.

The full category shortlist is:

  • Arm, FlexPot (entered by Thomsons Online Benefits)
  • Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Back-up Care and Work+Family Space: Services to support, empower and retain working parents and carers (entered by My Family Care)
  • London Borough of Waltham Forest
  • Pursuit Marketing

The winning organisation will be announced at this year’s Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party 2019, which will be held next Friday (7 June 2019) at The Pavilion at The Tower of London.

HR, benefits and reward professionals will be able to participate in an exciting afternoon of celebration, joining peers, colleagues and industry experts for a welcome drinks reception, gourmet three-course lunch and the main awards presentation, which will reveal winners across 20 varied awards categories. These include Best voluntary benefits, Best healthcare and wellbeing benefits, for both large and small employers, and Most motivational benefits.

Following the awards ceremony, which will be hosted by actor and comedian Kerry Godliman, guests will be able to network and share best practice during the Summer Party, while enjoying views of the iconic Tower of London.
