Johnson has been employed by the Leicester Tigers for the past 10 years and is based at its training facility. Previously, he worked with the team’s players as an applied sports scientist and strength and conditioning coach.

In his new role, Johnson will look to maximise people performance across the business and strive to improve staff passion and development.
