Last year proved to be a busy time for Johnson Fleming’s events team. In addition to attending and hosting events across the country, the company orchestrated a series of webinars that took place throughout the year.
Auto-enrolment provided UK businesses with an array of challenges in 2014, and with the Pensions Regulator starting to bare its teeth as the first fines were issued, businesses were put under more pressure to ensure their scheme remained compliant.
Johnson Fleming’s webinars were there to lend a helping hand. The company shared tips and processes of its own to guide participants through a multitude of complexities and to assist them with everything from changing their auto- enrolment support to auditing the key areas of their scheme.
As 2015 begins, the events team is already busy, organising webinars for the coming months, with the first, titled ‘Effectively engaging and communicating auto-enrolment’, booking up fast. This webinar will accompany the company’s latest guide and identifies what you can do as an employer to help your employees engage with your pension scheme.
