EXCLUSIVE: TV and film advertising organisation Brand of Entertainment Network Group (Ben Group) has launched a new pensions engagement platform for staff.
The online investment strategy platform, provided by Wealth Wizards and launched in September 2016, gives Ben Group’s 32 employees access to online tools to enable them to better plan for their retirement.
Through the platform, staff can access online advice about how to invest their pension, whether to take advantage of salary sacrifice, and also obtain guidance about pension contributions, with the information provided focused around specific targets.
Since the launch, approximately 80% of employees have actively engaged with the new platform, which forms part of the organisation’s wider employee engagement strategy.
James Bland, HR manager for Europe and Asia at Ben Group, said: “With the inception of the new [organisation], we were just so keen to get these new, extremely useful benefits available to the workforce.”
