Pattonair recognised for health and wellbeing benefits

Pattonair has been recognised for its commitment to the healthcare and wellbeing of its 900 employees.

The aerospace and defence supply chain service provider has received a Simplyhealth Healthy Workplace award, which recognises the organisation’s health and wellbeing initiatives and benefits.

Pattonair offers an employer-funded health cash plan, provided by SimplyHealth, which includes cover for dental and optical care, as well as offering employees access to an employee assistance programme.

It has also run a number of initiatives to engage employees with their health and wellbeing by running competitions with Cycle Derby, which has helped to promote the organisation’s bikes-for-work scheme.

It communicates the number of health benefits using wellbeing fairs and via email.
