Our client is leading management consultancy.  Their Performance & Reward group advises employers on key aspects of the people management agenda: Executive and Employee Reward, Equity Incentives, HR Cost Optimization.  They are looking for a Consultant for Incentives and HR M&A.

Responsibilities include providing Reward and HR M&A support which includes designing pay systems, incentive pay, and reward strategy, undertaking HR due diligence investigations, and working with client’s post-deal integration.
