Barclays launches new benefits website

Barclays Corporate and Employer Solutions (C&ES) has launched a website dedicated to its workplace savings and financial education product. 

Barclays Beyond Benefits, which was launched in September, brings together consultancy services, traditional employee benefits, share plans, pensions, financial education and banking services in a single online portal.

The website includes:

  • A financial education portal, which contains individual articles supported by tools and videos that provide information on a range of topics, such as day-to-day finances, understanding reward and benefits, family finances and money, love and marriage.
  • A dedicated section on workplace banking, including savings, investments and mortgages.
  • A dedicated section on benefits such as stock and reward plans, pensions and flexible benefits.

The website will also include access to a suite of educational seminars tailored to employees across different generations, aimed at educating them about saving and investment, getting on to the property ladder and will writing.

Employers can choose which sections of the Barclays Beyond Benefits programme they would like the website to profile for their organisation.
