The legal service, provided by Co-operative Legal Services, offers employees access to a free legal helpline, discounts on will writing and probate estate management, and a fixed rate for any legal action.
The ethical childcare, which can be added to a childcare voucher scheme, includes access to nurseries that promote fair trade, locally sourced products, and teaches children about co-operative values.
Meanwhile, its carer service, with Grace Consulting, provides employees with advice and guidance on respite and residential care for dependent relatives.
