EXCLUSIVE: Anthony York creates reward consultancy

Anthony York has founded a new reward consultancy called Only People, of which he is director.†

York said: “Only People will offer basic reward tools and will build a network of complementary professionals, from HR consulting and a wider pool, to create a one-stop shop that is focused on communications.”

York’s previous roles include head of reward at Punch Taverns, compensation and benefits manager at Spirit Pub Group, and consultant at Towers Perrin.
