Hewitt Associates and Benefex are teaming up to deliver reward and benefits services across the UK and globally.
The partnership, launched at Employee Benefits Live this month, will enable employers to purchase consulting, technology and benefits delivery services relating to total reward, voluntary benefits and flexible benefits schemes.
Organisations will also be able to obtain consultancy, design, benefit sourcing, communications, technology, administration services and helpdesk support in one place.
The venture came about in response to research among delegates at the Employee Benefits Summit in June, which highlighted demand for an integrated reward and benefits offering.
Matt Waller, chief executive officer at Benefex, said: “Our joint research has shown high demand for integrated, agile and effective solutions across the UK and the globe. We believe the partnership offers the blueprint for how all reward and benefit solutions will be delivered in the future.”
The companies claim the offering will be competitive on cost, so will appeal to budget-concious employers.
Hewitt Associates and Benefex will both continue to operate independently.
