Willis Group has rolled out an online flexible benefits scheme to its 3,600 UK employees.
The scheme, which is Willis Group’s own flexible benefit product and has been branded Salary Plus for its own staff, includes: pensions salary sacrifice, life assurance, critical illness, dental insurance, bikes for work, Tastecard, and wine and retail vouchers.
When provided to other employers, the scheme is known as TotalRewards, and was developed in partnership with benefits technology firm Staffcare.
Richard Bostock, pensions director, human resources at Willis, said: “With over 20 offices across the UK, it was important for us to tailor the benefits on offer in different locations. We have very specific requirements and therefore need a customised scheme that gives us the necessary flexibility.”
