The online debate will provide insights on the key factors that influence employees’ financial wellbeing, and what employers can do to support staff in this area.
Topics that will be discussed include how employers can address financial inclusion and incorporate this into their benefits strategies, how socio-economic challenges can impact employees’ views around saving, and the affect of financial pressures on the physical and mental health of the workforce.
The panel will also highlight how employers can support staff on fluctuating incomes, and outline the potential impact of workforce mobility on financial wellbeing.
The expert panel will include Debbie Lovewell-Tuck, editor at Employee Benefits; Heidi Allen, head of insights and engagement at Neyber; Katie Evans, head of policy and research at the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute; and Marcus Underhill, director of engagement and insights at Staffcare.
