EXCLUSIVE: Olswang has launched new technology to help personalise communications around its employee benefits package to its more than 500 staff.
The international technology, media and telecommunications law firm will use the technology to help employees achieve their personal goals and communicate benefits around these.
It is using Nudge Global’s Quantum technology, which uses HR and benefits data to profile employees and pre-empt their financial needs.
Olswang will use the new functionality, called Reward Alignment, to help it communicate its reward in the context of employee goals and what staff want to achieve in life.
For example, if an employee wants to plan for a child, it will communicate maternity and paternity leave, childcare vouchers, health insurance and death in service cover to the employee.
Sarah Callan, HR services manager at Olswang, said: “We’re proud of our distinctive culture here at Olswang. We want our employees to be happy and engaged and believe that by achieving this, we provide a better service to our clients.
“We’re interested in our employees’ personal goals outside of work and want to be able to help them plan and achieve these.
“Be it moving house, starting a family or saving for the future, [the] software will help guide them and help them make the most of their Olswang benefits package.”
