​Jenny Davidson moves to Dixons Carphone

Dixons Carphone has appointed Jenny Davidson group reward director. 

She will head up the reward function across the newly merged Dixons Carphone Group, with responsibility for the strategy and implementation of all pay and benefits, as well as reward integration projects across the organisation. 

Davidson’s previous roles include head of reward (interim) at TalkTalk and director of compensation and benefits for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region at IT services organisation CSC.
