Fortnum & Mason has implemented a new package of voluntary benefits to support staff on lower salaries. The scheme, provided by Asperity, includes retail vouchers and discounts on home and car insurance, mobile phones and broadband. It is being communicated online and via a brochure distributed to the store’s 450 employees.
Cathy O’Neill, director of HR at Fortnum & Mason, said she hoped the new benefits would boost staff morale. “We wanted a wide range of choice so there was something for everyone,” she added.
