BNP Paribas wins the Grand Prix at Employee Benefits Awards 2017

BNP Paribas won the coveted Grand Prix award at the Employee Benefits Awards 2017.

The financial services organisation was lauded for its innovative use of technology to support the wellbeing of its employees and for its ambitious approach to diversity and inclusion.

BNP Paribas also won the award for best benefits to support diversity and inclusion and for best mental health strategy. The organisation’s entry into the most engaging benefits proposition category was highly commended.

This is the second time that BNP Paribas has received the Grand Prix accolade in recent years. The organisation also won the award in 2015 in recognition of the scale of its achievements over the previous year.

Gary Brewer, HR director, branded business unit and global reward at William Grant and Sons, took home the prestigious Employee benefits professional of the year award, while the Benefits team of the year award went to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council.

The Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party 2017, in association with Aon Employee Benefits, took place at the Artillery Garden at the HAC, London, on Friday 9 June.
