Imperial Commercials has launched an online employee discount scheme which provides access to deals on retailers, leisure, travel, days out and more.
The Network Benefits Plus site, provided by BHSF, was introduced to increase staff engagement and offer additional benefits to the commercial vehicle dealer’s 900 employees.
The organisation has had a health cash plan in place with BHSF since 2008.
Emma Bulgin, HR officer at Imperial Commercials, said: “I worked with the organisation’s various stakeholders to agree what would be appreciated by our staff and then set about a thorough review of the relevant markets to find the best overall package.
“Our staff can now conveniently access literally hundreds of employee benefits at the click of a mouse, effectively allowing the organisation to communicate new offers to the whole workforce in a regular and consistent manner.”
