Using your staff magazine to promote employee benefits is a powerful tool. A magazine can be used to advertise benefits, or an article can be written about a particular staff member, team or group of staff who are finding a particular benefit useful. Staff who read about their colleagues’ experiences of a particular benefit in the in-house magazine or staff newsletter may well be inspired to select the same perks.Articles can also be written about new benefits launches or changes to benefits.
