Employees want to work flexibly

More than 50% of respondents would like the opportunity to work flexibly, according to research by real estate software organisation Planon Software.

Its survey, which questioned more than 100 employees, indicated that employers could gain a number of benefits by introducing more flexible-working policies.

Tim Clapham, marketing director at Planon, said: “There are many options available for employers that want to introduce flexibility to the workplace.

“This could involve allowing employees to work remotely, operating a hot-desk environment or providing employees with business-to-employee applications that allow tasks to be managed from a mobile device while on the go.”
