Employee Benefits Awards entry deadline extended to 17 January

Friday 17 January is the extended deadline for the Employee Benefits Awards 2014, so there is still time to submit your entry.

We will not accept entries past this date, so make sure you don’t miss out.

There are no fewer than 22 categories to enter, so there is sure to be one to recognise your hard work.

Workplace stress has risen up the agenda for many employers, but it can be a tricky issue to tackle. Have you implemented or actively promoted an employee assistance programme or other form of employee counselling service? Have you taken steps to rehabilitate employees back into the workplace after a period of stress- or mental ill-health-related absence? Or have you trained line managers to recognise the signs of stress or other mental health issues and to support affected staff? If so, the award for ’Best stress management’ could give you the recognition you deserve.

Or, if you have taken steps to educate staff about financial matters to improve their financial wellbeing, the category for ’Best financial education strategy’ could be for you.

Looking further afield, if your organisation operates across two or more countries, or employs large numbers of expatriate staff, the accolade for ’Best international or expatriate benefits’ could be within your reach.

And if you are a provider, consultant or adviser that has worked with clients on such projects, then why not enter them for an award to showcase the results and reap the associated glory?

  • For employers entering their own benefits schemes, we charge an entry fee of ÂŁ165 for their first entry and ÂŁ65 for each subsequent entry.
  • For benefits consultants, advisers and providers entering on behalf of employer clients, there will be a ÂŁ300 fee for their first entry and ÂŁ200 fee for each subsequent submission.
