EXCLUSIVE: Just over one-third (37%) of respondents have access to a flexible benefits scheme, according to research by Employee Benefits.
The Employee Benefits Salary survey 2014, which questioned 361 people who are responsible for managing benefits and reward in UK organisations, also found that three-quarters (67%) have access to voluntary benefits.
Tax-efficient perks are also offered to most respondents, particularly benefits offered via salary sacrifice arrangements.
The most common tax-efficient benefits available to HR and benefits professionals are childcare vouchers (59%), followed by pension contributions (50%), bikes-for-work schemes (39%) and payroll-giving schemes (25%).
