Maybourne Hotel Group rolls out payroll management system

Maybourne Hotel Group has introduced a system to manage its payroll process for 1,500 employees.

The system, provided by Kronos, will reduce the time spent on processing payroll by 50%.

The hotel group’s staff are based at three hotels in London: Claridge’s, The Berkeley and The Connaught.

Ralf Balzer, director of information technology (IT) at Maybourne Hotel Group, said: “As a luxury hotel group with a high ratio of staff to guests, one of our largest costs is salaries.

“With Kronos in place, we will be able to improve the control of costs while maintaining the service levels for which we are famous.”
