North Yorkshire County Council (NYCC) has launched a voluntary benefits scheme.
The scheme, Everybody Benefits, is available to the council’s 19,000 employees through a framework agreement.
The online portal incorporates lifestyle discounts from provider Xexec, as well as childcare vouchers provided by Computershare Voucher Services, a bikes-for-work scheme provided by Cyclescheme and a home computing scheme provided by Let’s Connect.

The benefits are available via salary sacrifice arrangements.
Kim Trenholme, senior HR adviser – resourcing and reward, said: “Xexec has been selected to provide a new and exciting range of benefits to our staff, enabling North Yorkshire County Council to remain an employer of choice, delivering relevant benefits for all staff to access.”
