This award recognises an employer that has successfully integrated total reward statements into its benefits communications strategy.
The judges liked the fact that Virgin Media involved employees in the design of its total reward statements. Staff featured in promotional videos explaining why colleagues should read their statement and QR codes were used to reach field-based workers.
The judges said: “Virgin Media has given substantial thought to its benefits strategy to reinforce the brand. After a period of change, it was linked with warm and engaging communications.”
The winner said: “It was very on-brand, reflecting a culture that is fun, creative and innovative.”
