There are 23 categories, so there is sure to be one to recognise your hard work.

Workplace stress and mental health issues form one prominent categories in the 2015 awards. Have you launched a resilience programme for staff or an employee assistance programme? Perhaps you have taken steps to reduce stress in the workplace or supported staff with rehabilitation after stress-related absence.

If so, the award ‘Best mental health resilience strategy’ could bring you the recognition you deserve.

Meanwhile, the category for ‘Best DC pensions change’ could suit organisations that have taken steps to change their defined contribution pension scheme to improve member outcomes.

And if your organisation operates across two or more countries, or has expatriate staff, the accolade for ‘Best international or expatriate benefits’ could be within your reach.

Providers, consultants and advisers can also enter employers with which they have worked on benefits projects.
