Phil Willcock has been appointed as managing director of Aviva’s UK health business.
Willcock, who will start his new role in January, originally joined Aviva (formally Norwich Union) in 1996.
He has previously held roles as sales and marketing director for Norwich Union Healthcare (now Aviva UK Health) between 2003 and 2006, director of life and healthcare distribution (2006), director of business development, retail (2006-2008) and latterly, director of corporate benefits responsible for sales and strategy development.
Willcock takes up the role of managing director, Aviva UK Health from January 2010. He said: “I’m delighted to be returning to UK Health and look forward to leading the ongoing transformation of the business from an insurer to a health and wellbeing provider and building upon our current successes.”
I have got an income security policy with aviva since 1995,put a claim in september 2012 still waiting for my monthly income,i have a chronic illness mixed connective tissue disease,many DR’s letters have been sent to aviva st albans refusing to pay.This policy has a deferred period of 52 weeks which i have done,the whole point me taking this policy out in the first place was so i would have some income if ever i became unfit for work.can you help please
