Last year’s Religious Discrimination Act means that employers with a multi- cultural workforce must ensure events aren’t biased towards a particular religion. But this doesn’t appear to have deterred employers from celebrating over the Christmas season. Festive perks can be a valuable motivational tool and an ideal way of thanking staff for their work throughout the year.
