Condé Nast’s new e-commerce platform is to launch an employee engagement programme for its 85 employees.

The programme will give staff access to employee benefits and discount schemes via a benefits hub.

The platform, provided by Reward Gateway, will also enable employees to access recognition tools and internal communications using a single sign-on to existing systems.

The new engagement hub and programme, which will be introduced this month, aims to help the organisation attract talent, supporting the business’ growth strategy.
