Marks and Spencer, Next and Unilever are among the employers shortlisted for the award ‘Best pensions change’ at the Employee Benefits Awards 2013.
This award recognises organisations that have implemented a pensions change strategy resulting in effective pensions provision for employees. For example, they may have introduced a new pension scheme, altered their investment or contribution structure, or taken steps to prepare for auto-enrolment.

- Unilever – Unilever UK Pension Fund (entered by Anthony Hodges Consulting and First Actuarial LLP)
The winners will be announced during a lunch-time ceremony at the Artillery Garden at the HAC in London on 7 June.
