Heineken’s staging date is 1 August 2013, but it is already extemely well-prepared for this legislative change.
Young urges other employers to start preparing as soon as they can because compliance is such an enormous task. The project team needs to include someone from payroll as well as the communications team. This is not just a project for the pensions team, says Young.
