Aer Lingus has appointed NorthgateArinso to provide HR and payroll services.
As part of its six-year contract with NorthgateArinso, the Irish airline will consolidate its HR and payroll systems and processes into a single platform. It will also establish an HR shared services centre at Dublin Airport.
The airline will also use NorthgateArinso’s ResourceLink Aurora HR product to manage its 4,000 employees’ payroll, HR administration, talent management, recruitment, and learning and development requirements.
Brian Bowden, director of HR operations at Aer Lingus, said: “We were looking for an organisation with a proven track record to provide the quality of service that we require on time and in budget.”
Roddie Aherne, business director for NorthgateArinso in Ireland, added: “This partnership will build on expertise that we have already established across our wide employer base to provide a major outsourcing deal for us in Ireland.”
