Greene King has appointed a new group human resources and communications director at Greene King. John Smith takes over from John Roberts, who retired earlier this year. Previously head of investment banking human resources at Japanese investment bank Nomura, Smith helped to create the ‘spin off’ company Terra Firma Capital Partners in 2002, where he continued to work as human resources director.
