Goodman Masson and London City Airport shortlisted for Best financial wellbeing strategy


Finance and technology employment agency Goodman Masson and Newham-based London City Airport are among the organisations shortlisted for the Best financial wellbeing strategy, small employer category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2019.

This accolade, sponsored by financial education and guidance provider Wealth at Work, recognises an employer that adopts a proactive approach to addressing its workforce’s financial needs and has supported staff to make financial, retirement or investment-related benefits decisions.

The full category shortlist is:

  • London City Airport, A Worry Bigger than the Workplace (Entered by Neyber)

The winning organisation will be announced during the annual Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party, this year to be held on Friday 7 June 2019 at The Pavilion at The Tower of London.

The celebratory event includes a welcome drinks reception and a three-course gourmet lunch; between courses, HR, benefits and reward professionals will be able to hear and share industry best practice during the awards ceremony, acknowledging forward-thinking employers that are steering benefits innovation. This year’s awards presentation will be hosted by popular actor and comedian Kerry Godliman.

Attendees will also be able to network with peers and colleagues at the Summer Party, held after the awards ceremony, while taking in views of one of London’s most historic and iconic venues.
