Financial services business Gatehouse Bank has appointed Amy Lloyd as its new HR business partner.
In this role, Lloyd will develop the organisation’s people proposition and related policies, as well as advising staff on key HR issues.
Lloyd, who will be based at Gatehouse Bank’s Milton Keynes office, has prior experience around employment law, managing employee relations and running recruitment campaigns.
Previously, Lloyd was employed as senior HR business partner at Barclays. She has also worked as HR business partner at both KPMG and Santander.
