Employee Benefits Awards

EXCLUSIVE: The shortlist for the Employee Benefits Awards 2021 has now been unveiled, with the full shortlist available to be viewed here.

Employee Benefits thanks all of the organisations that entered this year’s awards, and offers congratulations to the shortlisted finalists. A special thank you also goes out to our esteemed panel of judges, who gave their time to consider and score the large number of entries received.

The winners will be announced at the Employee Benefits Awards ceremony on Friday 12 November 2021 at Old Billingsgate in London, which is a new venue for this year. There is no shortlist for the Employee Benefits Professional of the Year and the Grand Prix categories, as these winners will be revealed at the ceremony.

The event, which was held online last year as a result of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) restrictions, is returning to a live awards ceremony for 2021 and will celebrate the most innovative HR reward and benefits strategies, inspiring teams and outstanding individuals in the industry over the past year. It will also be a great opportunity to recognise excellence and see who is paving the way in the industry.

The awards will highlight and reward employers from a wide range of industries, including education, hospitality, law and more. Categories include Best Alignment of Benefits to Business Strategy, Best Benefits Communications, and Best Financial Wellbeing Strategy, among others.

Doors to the awards event will open at 11.45am, where a drinks reception will be held before the ceremony officially starts. Attendees will be able to network with others at the event, enjoy a day of live entertainment and fine dining in a venue in the heart of London, reward staff with a team day out and entertain clients by hosting their own table.

The host of the event will be revealed shortly, so keep an eye on the awards website for announcements. To stay updated, follow us on Twitter using #EBAwards21.
