Employee Benefits’ webinar, Future proofing employees’ financial wellbeing, sponsored by Aviva, is set to be broadcast live at 11am on Tuesday 16 July 2024.
Employee Benefits’ editor Debbie Lovewell-Tuck will welcome three expert panellists for an in-depth conversation, exploring what financial wellbeing means and what the next five years will look like; what the current trends are; how employers responded to the cost-of-living crisis and how they can segment their workforce’s financial wellbeing needs.
The discussion will also focus on how employers can ensure they truly understand employees’ financial wellbeing needs and how to bring financial wellbeing to life beyond engagement barriers.
Pensions will also be on the agenda. The panel will be exploring what employers can do to support financial wellbeing outside of pensions; how people can prepare for retirement, and how to ensure individuals are comfortable talking about money.
The expert panel will include:
- Laura Stewart-Smith, head of client engagement, workplace, Aviva
- Natalie Jutla, employee benefits and employee financial wellbeing lead, Defra – Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs
- Gail Irvine, head of business development and policy, the Living Wage Foundation
