ECI Partners hires head of people

ECI Partners Mid-market private equity firm ECI Partners has increased its HR team with the appointment of Tamsin Webster as its new head of people.

Webster will help develop ECI’s team for future growth and will build on its ongoing diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. She has built and led people and culture teams across a range of industries, including technology and finance.

She joins from Fulcrum Asset Management, where she was chief people officer for three years. During this time, she helped it grow from 65 to 100 people, instigated a new human resources information system and a new leadership programme, and supported the management board to develop an open and collaborative culture.

Webster has held senior HR positions at UBS, BlackRock, Man AHL, which is part of Man Group, and Lloyds Banking Group. More recently, she helped PE and VC backed high-growth technology businesses to build their people functions, develop their culture and leadership capabilities.

I am delighted to be joining at this time to drive the people strategy and support our ambitions for further successes.”
