Busy Bees Benefits: Managing Your Employees During the Coronavirus Pandemic

The coronavirus pandemic means that employers are dealing with a rapidly changing situation. In order to provide help and advice, Busy Bees Benefits are hosting a series of live webinars to engage and support business owners, HR, and reward and benefits practitioners during this time.

The first webinar in the series took place on the 22nd April and focused on pay & benefit, looking at some of the issues that have arisen in supporting workforces with benefits and managing remote working with regular communications. It also touched upon understanding the government’s relief package and employment law, as well as mental health and wellbeing resilience.

Panel speakers included Paul Roberts from Keelys Solicitors, Richard Holmes from Westfield Health, Noel Preston from Preston Insurance and Wojciech Dochan and Mark Miller from Busy Bees Benefits.

The next webinar has been confirmed for the 21st May, where panel speakers will be Paul Roberts from Keelys Solicitors, Richard Holmes from Westfield Health, David Shearman from LifeWorks, Chris Oatley from Halfords and Wojciech Dochan from Busy Bees Benefits.

The second webinar focuses on how we can help employers and HR professionals prepare their business to manage social distancing and remote working as lockdown is eased.
