Dean Harte, managing director at Redrock, which this year rose from fourth to 11th place, said: “I am absolutely thrilled that Redrock has once again been named as one of the best small companies to work for in the UK, and it is even more exciting to see us move from eleventh to fourth this year.
“The Best companies lists are compiled based on feedback from our employees, so it is extremely gratifying to know that the culture we have been building is appreciated by everyone who works at Redrock. It is not a cliché to say that we could not have won this without them.”
