Housing business Aster Group is introducing an enhanced health and wellbeing benefits plan for its 1,440 employees through its partnership with health provider Simplyhealth.
Employees at the organisation will receive access to health products and services, and wellbeing support through a business-wide health cash plan. They will also have access to a 24/7 GP advice service and virtual physiotherapy sessions.
The benefit also features a Coronavirus Hub, an area specifically focusing on employee mental and physical health during the pandemic, with informative blogs and articles easily accessible online.
